Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of college entrance examination in summer, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, according to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations, the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Further Promoting the Information Disclosure of College Admissions (Letter of Instruction [2007]), the spirit of the implementation opinions of the State Council and Guangdong Province on deepening the reform of the examination enrollment system and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Admissions Committee are fully implemented.
Article 2 School enrollment shall follow the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Article 12 The Admissions Office is the executive body of the School Admissions Committee. Its main responsibility is to formulate enrollment plans, organize enrollment publicity and enrollment, and handle the daily affairs of enrollment according to the school's enrollment regulations and implementation rules. Admissions staff must strictly abide by the rules of enrollment discipline and related examination propositions, and take the initiative to accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments and society.

Chapter V Admission Rules
Article 16 Schools shall follow the enrollment system stipulated by the Ministry of Education, strictly abide by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Admissions Office, adhere to the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, take candidates' college entrance examination results as the basic basis, comprehensively measure their moral, intellectual, physical and artistic abilities, and select the best candidates.
Seventeenth in the minimum admission control score specified by the Provincial Admissions Committee, under the premise of ensuring the completion of the enrollment plan, admission is classified according to liberal arts, science and art.
Article 18 In the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where parallel volunteer is implemented, schools can determine the fine-tuning scheme of enrollment plan and the proportion of file transfer according to the parallel volunteer file transfer rules and students' situation announced by the Guangdong Provincial Admissions Office.
Nineteenth in the ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination, unified examination results reached the minimum score of the same batch of admission, and meet the requirements of the school for the record, according to my grades, professional volunteers and the principle of school admission.
Article 20 To apply for the general majors at the general college level in our school, liberal arts candidates must take the examinations of physics, chemistry and biology at the academic level of ordinary high schools, and science candidates must take the examinations of ideological politics, history and geography at the academic level of ordinary high schools, and all the examinations must be graded; At least 1 subject scores must be above C to apply for general majors in our school. The specific requirements are subject to the admission documents of Guangdong Province in that year.
Twenty-first candidates who apply for the fine arts and take the liberal arts and culture courses in the college entrance examination must take the general high school exams in physics, chemistry and biology, and those who take the science and culture courses in the college entrance examination must take the general high school exams in ideology, politics, history and geography; And at least 2 subjects must reach grade d and above.
Twenty-second liberal arts and science majors are graded according to the rules of Guangdong Province, and the principle of "professional voluntary priority" is implemented. According to the order in which candidates fill in their professional volunteers, they are admitted from high to low according to the total score. When the total score of candidates is the same, candidates who have studied the basic knowledge (modules) of relevant majors will be given priority.
Article 23 When grading the major of the unified examination for fine arts, after grading according to the rules of Guangdong Province, the principle of "professional volunteering first" shall be implemented on the basis that the candidates meet the professional requirements, and the candidates shall be admitted from high to low according to the professional volunteering order reported by the candidates. When the total scores of candidates are the same, the candidates will be selected according to their ranking. When the candidates rank the same, the candidates who have studied the basic knowledge (modules) of relevant majors are given priority.
Article 24 When all the professional volunteers reported by the candidates have not been admitted, if there is any professional adjustment, they will be adjusted to the professional admission that meets the requirements of relevant majors according to the total score of the candidates from high to low. Candidates who do not obey the adjustment, or who obey the adjustment but do not meet the relevant requirements for professional vacancies in the plan, will be dismissed.
Twenty-fifth public foreign language teaching in our school is English, and non-English language candidates should apply carefully.
Twenty-sixth on the admission policy of extra points or care, the extra points and scores announced by the Provincial Admissions Office shall be implemented in Guangdong Province. The bonus points are applicable to filing and professional grading. Candidates who meet the excellent admission conditions announced by the national and provincial admissions offices will be given priority by the school under the same conditions. The requirements for candidates' academic performance shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of Guangdong Province.

Article 27 The physical examination standards for candidates admitted to our school shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Testing for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2). For disabled candidates who can take care of themselves, meet the professional requirements reported, and the college entrance examination results meet the admission standards, they will be admitted normally.

Article 28 After the freshmen enter the school, the school will review their health according to the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. Those who fail to pass the physical examination or are not suitable for the reported major after review will change their major or cancel their school status in accordance with the relevant regulations on school status management.
Chapter VII Registration and Audit of Freshmen
Twenty-ninth candidates who have signed up for the summer college entrance examination in our school must go through the registration procedures for paying tuition fees within the specified time. Those who fail to report within the time limit will be treated as giving up the admission qualification.
Thirtieth freshmen in politics, culture, health re-examination within three months. Those who practise fraud or commit other violations of discipline and discipline in the process of registration and examination will be disqualified according to regulations.
Chapter VIII Charging Standards
Article 31 The charging standard of our school shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice on Adjusting the Tuition Fees of Public Colleges and Universities (Guangdong Development and Reform Commission [2016] No.367), the Measures of Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance on the Management of Credit System Charges of Guangdong Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Guangdong Development and Reform Commission [2016] No.366) and relevant documents of Shenzhen Price Management Department.

Thirty-second national student loans, scholarships, grants and other student assistance measures shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and our school.

I. Freshmen Scholarship
(1) Candidates who apply for the scores of liberal arts in batches of ordinary high schools in our college, whose scores (excluding extra points) exceed the undergraduate liberal arts scores announced by the Guangdong Admissions Committee by more than 40 points (excluding lower scores), and whose total scores rank in the top three respectively, can get scholarships 1 10,000 yuan; If the score exceeds 40 points (excluding the top three) announced by the Guangdong Provincial Admissions Committee, you can get an admission scholarship of 3,000 yuan/person;

Chapter II XI Supplementary Provisions
Article 35 The Articles of Association, discussed and approved by the school principal's office meeting, shall be applicable to the enrollment of college entrance examination in summer of 2020 and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
Article 36 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions and Employment Office of Shenzhen Vocational Information Technology College authorized by Shenzhen Vocational Information Technology College. Where the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the provisions of the state and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the provisions of the state and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) shall prevail.
