The establishment of student loans by the state is undoubtedly a gospel for some children from poor families, which makes their dream of entering universities come true and may change their fate.
College students with financial difficulties:
Students with financial difficulties in their families refer to students who can't pay the basic study and living expenses during their studies at school with the funds raised by themselves and their families. They are determined by the school through democratic appraisal according to the standards and procedures stipulated by the relevant departments.
When students apply for the identification of family financial difficulties, they need to submit the Questionnaire on Students and Families in Colleges and Universities (see attached table) stamped by the civil affairs department of the township, town or street where their families are located, so as to prove their family economic status.
