If the user knows the previous account number, he can log in by one of three ways: user name, mobile phone number and login email address, and then log out when he owes money.

If you forget your account number and change your new mobile phone number, you can log in to Jingdong Financial APP with your existing account, click My-Avatar-Real Name Authentication-My Customer Service-Self-Service-to find your real name, and follow the prompts to find your previous real name account. If the real-name account is not registered by myself, but is occupied by others for real-name authentication, you can submit your own complaint, and the result will be available within 3 working days.

Note: If the real name of the account is cancelled after the IOU is closed, it cannot be restored or reopened. As for whether it can be opened on other real-name accounts, the system evaluation shall prevail, and there may be cases where it cannot be opened, so it is still prudent to cancel the white note.
