A department branch is an organization. Usually, a company unit will be divided into many departments and several branches or institutions. A mature company at least includes the following departments: administration department, finance department, quality management department, marketing department, operation department, technology department, maintenance department and human resources department. Customer Service Department The organization that the customer service department undertakes specific work cannot be called a department, such as a production workshop and a sales company, and belongs to an internal unit.
