In order to implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on efficiently coordinating epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, further increase the efforts of housing provident fund to help enterprises tide over the difficulties, and help enterprises and depositors affected by the epidemic tide over the difficulties together, according to the notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the People's Bank of China on Implementing Phased Support Policies for Housing Provident Fund (Jian Jin [2022] No.45), and in combination with the actual situation of our city, our center implemented phased support for the housing provident fund epidemic.

Enterprises in wholesale and retail, accommodation, catering, entertainment, logistics and transportation, cultural tourism and other industries affected by COVID-19 epidemic can apply for deferring the housing provident fund from June 2022 to June 65438+February 2022 before June 3 1. Enterprises applying for holdover shall be approved by the workers' congress or trade union of the unit, and promise to repay the housing provident fund during the holdover period before June 30, 2023, and report it to our center for approval, and provide the following materials in detail:

1. Shantou City's approval form for reducing the deposit ratio of housing provident fund and delaying the payment of housing provident fund (which can be downloaded from the official account of WeChat in our center);

2. Enterprise application (explain the reasons for application, the time for applying for deferred payment, and promise to complete the payment before June 30, 2023);

3. Copy of business license with official seal;

4, the enterprise workers' congress or trade union opinions (employees agree that enterprises apply for holdover and holdover time);

5. Other required materials.

For the employees of enterprises affected by the epidemic and approved by our center to postpone the payment of housing provident fund, the housing provident fund during the postponement period shall be regarded as continuous, and it will not affect the employees' application for housing provident fund loans. When applying for a loan, employees shall provide the following materials in addition to the original acceptance materials:

1, certificate of deposit unit;

2, the approval document of the unit holdover housing provident fund.

Affected by the epidemic situation, employees of enterprises that have been approved by our center to postpone the payment of housing provident fund loans cannot repay the principal and interest of housing provident fund loans normally before June 65438+February 3 1 2022 can submit a written application to our center to suspend the repayment of the principal and interest of housing provident fund loans (the outstanding principal and interest of housing provident fund loans must be paid off in June 65438+ 10/2023). After approval, it will not be overdue, will not be punished, and will not be submitted to the credit information department as an overdue record. Specifically provide the following application materials:

1, employee application (explain the reason for application, the time period for suspending the return, and promise to pay back in full in 2023 1);

2. Proof of deposit unit;

3, the approval document of the unit holdover housing provident fund.

During the epidemic period, our center increased the employee rent withdrawal amount by stages, that is, from June to June, 2022, 65438+February, from the original monthly 400 yuan to the monthly 500 yuan. Employees who have applied for rent extraction in 2022 can apply for the maximum amount of 700 yuan at one time in this year according to regulations; Employees who did not apply for rent withdrawal in 2022 can withdraw up to 5,500 yuan at one time this year according to the regulations, and employees can apply for rent withdrawal according to the application materials stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Housing Provident Fund Withdrawal in Shantou City. Due to the transformation of our center's business system, the supporting extraction policy was implemented on June 20, 2022.
