Indiscriminate lending is invalid. Mental patients are persons without capacity for civil conduct, and civil legal acts performed by persons without capacity for civil conduct are invalid.

According to Article 144 of the "People's Republic of China and Civil Code", civil legal acts performed by persons without capacity for civil conduct are invalid.
