2. Submit a thesis application to the university:

The materials to be prepared include my resident ID card, my student ID card or admission notice for new students, and the Application Form for Identification of Students with Financial Difficulties filled out and signed by the students themselves (minors must provide valid identification of their legal guardians and a written statement agreeing to apply for loans).
