As long as the customer fails to pay the payment according to the time agreed by both parties, the creditor can sue according to law and demand the customer to fulfill the payment obligation.

Disputes have a statute of limitations. Usually, the limitation of action is two years, and creditors can claim litigation within two years from the repayment date agreed in the contract.
