(six) whether the mortgage period exceeds the legal period of forest rights.
Upon examination, if it meets the registration requirements, the forest right mortgage registration institution shall complete the registration formalities within 10 working days after accepting the application for registration, and establish a forest right mortgage loan registration and filing system, fill in the forest right mortgage registration book, and input it into the electronic file for future reference.
