The application for low-rent housing security shall be handled in accordance with the following procedures: the head of household shall submit a written application to the street office or the town people's government where the household registration is located; Neighborhood offices or town people's governments shall, within 30 days from the date of accepting the application, examine whether the applicant's family income and family housing conditions meet the prescribed conditions, put forward preliminary examination opinions and post them, and submit the preliminary examination opinions and application materials together to the competent construction department of the people's government of the city or county; The competent construction department shall, within/0/5 days from the date of receiving the application materials, put forward audit opinions on whether the applicant's family housing situation meets the prescribed conditions, and forward the application materials of the qualified applicants to the civil affairs department at the same level; The civil affairs department shall, within 15 days from the date of receiving the application materials, put forward audit opinions on whether the applicant's family income meets the prescribed conditions, and feedback to the competent construction department at the same level; After examination, if the family income and family housing conditions meet the prescribed conditions, the competent construction department will publicize them for 15 days; If there is no objection or no objection after publicity, it shall be registered as the object of low-rent housing security, notify the applicant in writing, and make the registration results public. After examination, the competent department of construction shall notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons. If the applicant disagrees with the audit results, he may appeal to the competent construction department.
