In study, work and life, more and more people contact and use the report, and all the information mentioned in the report should be accurate. You get dizzy when you hear writing a report? The following is my research report on developing advantageous industries and increasing agricultural income. Welcome to read the collection.
In recent years, the rapid development of agriculture and rural economy in our county, the steady increase of grain output, the rapid development of pig breeding, edible fungi and honey industry have become an important channel for farmers to increase their income. In order to consolidate and develop this hard-won good situation, build a long-term mechanism to increase farmers' income, and realize the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture, recently, we conducted a special investigation on the industrialization development of pigs, edible fungi and beekeeping in this county. The report reads as follows:
First, the status quo of industrial development
1. live pigs: there are 6 122 pig farmers in the county, and the pig breeding scale is 15370, with 9640 live pigs and 57 10 live pigs. Among them: 84 sows and 34 boars. /kloc-80 large households with more than 0/0 head and 4 households with more than 50 heads.
2. Edible fungi: There are 750,000 bags of edible fungi in the county as substitute materials for cultivation. The annual output of dried edible fungi 160 tons, with an output value of more than 8 million yuan. Edible fungi production is a characteristic pillar industry of rural economy in our county, and its income accounts for 20% of farmers' per capita income.
3. Beekeeping: The county has 976 1 box and 67 large beekeepers. Beekeepers have achieved good economic benefits, and honey is well received by consumers because of its good quality, rich nutrition, no pollution and high medicinal value.
Second, resources and location advantages.
1. Pig: Pork is the main meat consumption variety of people in mountainous areas. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's consumption demand for pork is growing. The income from pig breeding accounts for more than 30% of farmers' household income. In recent years, the county party committee and government have attached great importance to the development of animal husbandry, and the pig industry has developed rapidly, which has promoted rural economic development and increased farmers' income.
2. Edible fungi: The forest coverage rate in our county is 95%, with lush vegetation, fresh air and no pollution. It is suitable for developing edible fungi production and cultivating bagged edible fungi, and can make full use of crop straws, fruit trees, forest branches, weeds and other wastes, turning waste into treasure, not only protecting forest resources, but also increasing agricultural income, with remarkable economic and social benefits.
3. Beekeeping: First, our county is located at the junction of subtropical and warm climate, with lush vegetation and various types. Large nectar plants and sporadic nectar plants grow alternately, and the flowering period and nectar flow period are long, and they bloom for eight months in a year, which provides honey powder sources for bees to overwinter. Second, due to the complex terrain and large height difference in mountainous areas, many microclimates have been formed. The nectar and pollen plants bloom alternately in shady slopes, sunny slopes, low mountains, middle mountains and high mountains, and Qinling Mountain becomes a natural nectar source pool. Third, our county has a vast mountain forest, a vast land and a sparse population, and a small amount of pesticides and fertilizers, which provides favorable conditions for the development of beekeeping.
Third, there are problems.
(1) live pigs:
1, small scale, low technology content and low commodity rate. Pig farmers account for more than 90% of farmers, but large pig farmers only account for 1% of farmers. Most farmers still use the traditional "rack" feeding method, the average feeding cycle is about 10 month, and the commodity rate only accounts for 30%.
2. The market price of live pigs fluctuates greatly, and farmers' ability to resist market risks is low. The pig industry lacks a long-term mechanism for sustainable development, which makes farmers unable to bear the impact of low market tide. The traditional way of raising pigs can't predict and adapt to market changes, and can't bear the risks brought by market price fluctuations. In the face of market changes, they can only respond passively. Once they lose money because of market changes, they lose the enthusiasm of raising pigs.
3. The epidemic situation is grim and it is difficult to prevent and control. The complicated and changeable epidemic situation and traditional scattered feeding methods, coupled with the need to improve the grass-roots animal epidemic prevention system, have brought great difficulties to the prevention and control of epidemic diseases, which will increase the risk of animal diseases to varying degrees and affect the enthusiasm of farmers to fill fences.
Fourth, the animal epidemic prevention system needs to be improved. Lack of working funds, village-level team of animal epidemic prevention workers is broken, vaccine transportation and storage conditions can not meet the requirements, ineffective vaccines are used, immunization procedures are not in place during epidemic prevention, and the overall professional quality of grassroots epidemic prevention workers needs to be further improved.
5. The pig breeding system is not perfect. Due to geographical transportation and other factors, the total number of fertile sows in our county is small, coupled with the influence of market conditions and epidemics, the number of sows continues to decline, and the ability of self-reproduction and self-support is reduced. However, the piglets imported from abroad have weak disease resistance, high risk of epidemic diseases and great losses, which may increase the cost of piglets and the introduction of epidemic diseases. Over the years, our county has done a lot of work in improving pig breeds. However, due to the small investment in variety improvement, small scale, and the fact that pig breeding in our county is mainly in rural areas, there is no perfect scientific feeding management system, and epidemics occur from time to time, which has dampened farmers' enthusiasm for raising pigs to some extent.
(2) Edible fungi
1, one-sidedness in resource protection and utilization. Quercus resources are well-known resources, which can be used regularly and sustainably. Regular and reasonable harvesting and utilization is helpful to mobilize the enthusiasm of mushroom farmers to protect Quercus resources. Too much emphasis on not allowing regular harvesting and utilization will only dampen the enthusiasm of fungus farmers.
2. There are few leading processing enterprises, lacking the guidance of professional market.
3. Single variety and low quality. The products produced on a large scale in the county belong to Lentinus edodes, and the variety is single, which leads to the limited market and is difficult to meet the diverse needs. Some farmers are not skilled in cultivation techniques and have different technical standards, resulting in the same strain, but the quality is quite different.
4. Poor brand awareness. The product quality is good, the packaging is not standardized, the product grade is low, the market competitiveness is low, and the price can not go up.
(3) Beekeeping:
1, backward breeding technology, low yield and poor benefit. The production of Chinese bees in our county is mainly traditional and old-fashioned round barrels, accounting for more than 70% of the whole beehive. The historical inertia of farming methods is large, and the farming technology is backward. The average output per box is 5 kg, and the output value is only 100 yuan, which is only 1/4 raised by the new method. The output of the new method of keeping Chinese bees in living frames is 15-20kg per box, and the output value is about 400 yuan, accounting for only 20-30% of the whole feeding proportion.
2. The low quality of beekeepers and low family income have affected the development of beekeeping industry. Only 6% of beekeepers in our county have high school education or above, and the quality of beekeepers is low, so it is difficult to popularize beekeeping technology. At the same time, many beekeepers have low family income and difficult life. They lack the necessary capital investment in making beehives and bee tools, not to mention the training of beekeeping technology, which has affected the healthy development of beekeeping industry in our county.
3. Honey adulteration makes it fake, which affects the brand image of honey in our region.
Honey in our county is famous, and the output is relatively small, so the supply in the market is in short supply. However, in order to maximize the benefits, some small traders and honey farmers began to adulterate and make fakes more common, which seriously affected the brand image of honey in our county.
Four. Development suggestion
(1) live pigs:
1, strengthen the organization and leadership of animal husbandry production. Taking accelerating the development of animal husbandry production as an important starting point and content of promoting the work of agriculture, countryside and farmers, and combining with the construction of new countryside, accelerating the development of animal husbandry production is included in the overall plan of county economic and social development. Strengthen government guidance, improve detailed policies and measures, timely study and solve major problems in the development of animal husbandry, and incorporate major animal disease prevention and control and quality and safety supervision of animal products into government target management. Give full play to the important role of animal husbandry in the construction of new countryside and poverty alleviation.
2. Increase investment in animal husbandry production. It is necessary to include the funds for the prevention and control of animal diseases, the safety supervision of livestock products and the funds for the work of animal husbandry and veterinary technology departments in the financial budget, build a financing platform for the development of animal husbandry production, and ensure the source of funds for the development of animal husbandry production.
3. Strengthen scientific and technological support and improve the scientific and technological content of animal husbandry production. Through scientific and technological training, demonstration and other forms, vigorously promote the moderate scale breeding technology of livestock and poultry and high-quality livestock and poultry production.
Comprehensive supporting technology, comprehensive prevention and control technology of animal diseases, high-yield and high-quality pasture cultivation technology, and rapid fattening technology. Increase the training of animal husbandry technology extension personnel and improve the service level and service ability. Establish performance evaluation and reward mechanism of animal husbandry science and technology popularization, reward technical personnel with outstanding contributions, strengthen scientific and technological support, and vigorously promote the development of animal husbandry production.
4, do a good job in animal husbandry production infrastructure construction. It is necessary to combine the construction of new countryside, build a circle according to the principle of "separating people from livestock, independently building a circle, supporting biogas, recycling and standardizing construction", vigorously promote green pollution-free breeding technology, and strive to change the dirty, chaotic and poor situation of traditional breeding industry.
5. Strengthen the construction of network information and develop specialized cooperative organizations of animal husbandry. First, establish and improve the information platform of animal husbandry, and collect and publish the information of animal husbandry production and sales in time by using the information websites of towns and villages. The second is to guide and support farmers to actively develop animal husbandry professional cooperative organizations and give full play to their role as bridges and ties.
6, pay close attention to breeding projects, and strive to improve production performance. Focus on supporting and rewarding farmers who introduce improved varieties, and realize the expansion of the total pig breeding in our county on the premise that the total amount of sow breeding and piglet production can meet the needs of the county.
7. Strengthen the prevention and control of animal diseases to ensure the quality and safety of animal products. Leaders at all levels should firmly establish the concept that "grasping epidemic prevention means grasping production, which means grasping public health safety", intensify the prevention and control of animal diseases, strengthen the supervision of the quality and safety of animal products, and ensure the healthy development of public health safety and animal husbandry production.
(2) Edible fungi:
1. Re-recognize and evaluate the important role of edible fungi production in rural economic development. First, edible fungi are really nutritious and healthy food and green food. With the improvement of people's living standards, the awareness of health is enhanced, the per capita sales volume is increased, and the market potential is great. Second, there are abundant crop straws, a large number of oak resources and wood cleaning in mountainous areas, which provide sufficient nutritional sources for woody fungi. Third, there are rich production experiences accumulated by mushroom farmers. Fourth, as long as governments at all levels raise awareness, strengthen leadership, support funds, guide policies and services to keep up, and develop edible fungi as an industry, a new situation will surely emerge in edible fungi production.
2. Improve the service system. Edible fungi production involves agriculture, forestry and other departments. We should actively do a good job in development, public relations in science and technology, information transmission, technical training and guidance, and truly provide farmers with services before, during and after childbirth, so as to promote the healthy development of edible fungi production.
3. Standardize the production procedures of strains and adhere to the quality standards of edible fungi. Quality inspection and agricultural departments should, in accordance with the technical requirements of the specification, do a good job in inspection and implementation, ensure the quality of strains, and escort the development of edible fungi.
4. Rational use of resources. Where oak trees are rich in resources, the forestry department should, according to the cutting cycle, plan to approve the rational cutting and utilization of mushroom farmers, plant edible fungi, improve the quality and efficiency of woody mushroom products, and mobilize the enthusiasm of mushroom farmers to protect trees. At the same time, make full use of agricultural and forestry waste resources such as crop straws, branches after forest restoration, sawdust after wood processing to produce bag materials, turn waste into treasure, and implement ecological benign utilization to achieve the purposes of resource conservation, ecological agriculture and farmers' income increase.
5. Exploitation and utilization of rare strains. There are abundant strain resources in the mountainous area of our county. The mixed forest of pine and oak at an altitude of 800- 1200m is a suitable area for precious strains such as Tricholoma matsutake, chanterelle, boletus, Pleurotus nebrodensis and dictyophora indusiata. These fungi have special fragrance, rich nutrition and high export value, which should be actively exploited and effectively protected.
(3) Beekeeping: Although our county has good natural resources, excellent honey quality, large development space and good market prospects, there are still many outstanding problems. To develop and strengthen the beekeeping industry, adjust the industrial structure and increase farmers' income, we must make scientific planning, strengthen training, strengthen leadership, increase investment, establish experimental demonstration bases, strengthen the popularization and application of new technologies, create unique honey brands and promote the development of the beekeeping industry.
1, strengthen leadership and raise awareness. First, in accordance with the Animal Husbandry Law, strengthen the leadership of beekeeping industry, and do a good job in all kinds of planning, introduction, demonstration and promotion of new technologies, technical training and supporting services for beekeepers in the county before, during and after beekeeping. The second is to strengthen the function of beekeeping association. Apiculture Association is composed of professionals and large beekeepers, and it is mainly responsible for the technical exchange of beekeeping, enhancing the scientificity of beekeeping production, reducing and eliminating the blindness of beekeeping production, and promoting the healthy, orderly and sustainable development of beekeeping industry.
2. Strengthen training to improve the quality of beekeepers and technicians. In terms of personnel training, it is necessary to carry out rotation training in a planned way, strengthen the training of beekeepers and beekeepers by inviting them in and sending them out, improve the quality of beekeepers and beekeepers, improve the technical level of breeding, production, processing and sales, and create a group of beekeepers who know both beekeeping technology and economic management in the new century, so as to promote the great development of beekeeping in our county.
3. Establish demonstration households and demonstration sites to accelerate the application of new technologies. Choose certain farmers in the areas where the county has more beekeeping, better development and mature conditions, vigorously cultivate demonstration households and demonstration fields, make a fuss about the word "special", and vigorously develop the improvement technology of Chinese bees through the driving role of demonstration households and demonstration fields. The penetration rate of beekeeping technology has reached over 80%. All farmers have mastered the four seasons management technology, especially the technology of supplementary feeding in winter, prize-winning feeding in spring, box operation and raising bees to achieve high yield. More than 60% farmers have mastered the basic pest control technology, which has promoted the all-round development of beekeeping industry in our county.
4. Strengthen brand awareness and brand development. Our county has a high forest and grass coverage rate, a wide variety of plants, a complete variety of medicinal materials, no pollution in the territory, clean air, good ecological environment protection and rich nectar and pollen plants, which is suitable for the development of beekeeping industry. We should make full use of this resource advantage, develop pollution-free bee industry base, strive to produce green honey products, cultivate bee industry product base, cultivate leading enterprises in bee industry production and processing, increase scientific and technological content, strengthen brand development, establish local characteristic brands, increase deep processing of bee products, vigorously develop honey, beeswax, royal jelly, bee pollen, bee venom and propolis, vigorously develop green brands in our county, strengthen brand protection awareness and promote development.
5. Strengthen departmental cooperation and market supervision. First, strengthen the management of the introduction of exotic bee species. Second, closely cooperate with the departments of industry and commerce, public security and quality supervision, strengthen the management of bee products market, implement strict inspection and access system, purify the bee products market in our county, put an end to counterfeit and shoddy bee products, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and ensure the healthy development of beekeeping industry. Third, farmers need wood to develop beekeeping and make beehives, and the forestry department gives strong support in accordance with relevant policies and gives appropriate tilt.
6. Strengthen the organic cooperation between beekeeping and other industries. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the organic combination of beekeeping with organic agriculture, ecological agriculture, returning farmland to forests and tourism development. First of all, the beekeeping industry needs a large number of nectar and pollen plants without any pollution. Developing organic agriculture and ecological agriculture such as alpine medicinal materials base and off-season vegetable base can not only develop high-quality ecological organic food, but also provide a large number of high-quality nectar and pollen source plants for bee breeding. Secondly, make full use of the project of returning farmland to forests, vigorously develop high-quality nectar and pollen source plants, and provide high-quality nectar and pollen source plant bases for the development of beekeeping industry. Third, make full use of our county's special geographical location and unique tourism resources, make our county's honey products bigger, stronger and louder, make them popular tourism products, and promote the development of our county's tourism industry.
7. Increase investment and formulate supporting policies for the development of apiculture. It is necessary to raise funds from various sources and strive to increase investment. First, replace the subsidy with awards, increase investment, and implement a certain amount of rewards for farmers who reach a certain scale to improve their enthusiasm for farming; The second is to implement preferential bank loans and government interest subsidies to strengthen investment. For farmers who want to develop but have no funds, they can take small loans and government interest subsidies to encourage development; Third, the training, introduction, promotion, experimental demonstration and basic office expenses of beekeeping technology will be included in the financial budget.
