I. Scope of application

The term "housing provident fund off-site personal housing loan" as mentioned in these Rules refers to the employees who have paid housing provident fund in other provinces and cities outside the administrative area of Suzhou and meet the conditions for purchasing houses in Suzhou. To purchase self-occupied housing in Suzhou city, apply for housing provident fund loan from Suzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) with the certificate of paid-in housing provident fund management center.

1.
