What are the conditions and quotas for CCB provident fund loans?
1. The application for individual provident fund housing loans of CCB must comply with the relevant regulations of the Housing Provident Fund Management Department on housing provident fund loans. The borrower shall meet the following basic conditions:

(1) Pay the housing accumulation fund in full and on time;

(two) a stable economic income, good credit and the ability to repay the principal and interest of the loan;

(3) There are legal and effective housing purchase and overhaul contracts and agreements and other supporting documents required by the loan bank;

(4) There are self-raised funds above the minimum amount stipulated by the local housing provident fund management department, and it is guaranteed to be used to pay the down payment for the purchased (overhauled) housing;

(5) Having assets that meet the conditions of mortgage or pledge, or (and) having legal persons, other economic organizations or natural persons with sufficient compensation capacity as guarantors;

(6) Meet other loan conditions stipulated by the local housing provident fund management department.

2. CCB personal provident fund housing loan amount: the maximum amount shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the local housing provident fund management department.
