1. Application conditions for provident fund loans: 1. The housing accumulation fund has been paid continuously for more than 12 months. 2. Purchase self-occupied ordinary houses, with clear location and signed purchase contracts. 3. Have full capacity for civil conduct and the ability to repay the loan principal and interest stably. 4. Agree to use the full value of the house purchased by the loan as collateral, and the real estate development enterprise that sells the house is willing to provide commitment guarantee for the applicant. 2. Information required by the provident fund loan applicant: 1. The applicant fills in the loan application form; 2. Identity documents of the applicant and * * * (resident ID card, household registration book or other valid documents); 3. Original repayment ability certificate and down payment certificate; 4. The original legally binding house sales contract; 5. Housing provident fund savings card and the name and seal of the applicant; 6 other documents or materials required by the local housing provident fund management institution. Three. Provident fund loan application process: 1. Loan application: The applicant shall fill in the Application for Employee Housing Loan as required, and provide relevant supporting materials. 2. Signing a loan contract: The borrower signed a loan contract for mortgage (pledge) of employee individual housing provident fund with the housing provident fund management and the Agricultural Bank, and notarized it. 3. Signing a mortgage contract: The mortgagor (borrower) signs a house mortgage contract with the mortgagee (house manager) and notarizes it. 4. Handling the mortgage registration of pre-purchased commercial housing: The borrower shall handle the mortgage registration of pre-purchased commercial housing with the registration authority and submit the registration certificate to the housing provident fund management department within the agreed time. 5. The borrower shall open a deposit account in China Agricultural Bank and sign an entrustment contract with China Agricultural Bank. 6. During the loan period, after the mortgaged house is delivered, the housing provident fund will handle the mortgage and land use right registration and certification, house value evaluation, mortgage registration, insurance and other procedures on behalf of the borrower. Housing authorization certificate, land use certificate and insurance policy shall be kept by the housing provident fund management department. 7. After the loan contract and mortgage contract come into effect, the loan funds will be transferred to the deposit account of the development enterprise by the Agricultural Bank of China in the name of the borrower's purchase price, or paid in the way determined in the loan contract. 8. The borrower shall deposit enough money in the financial card account of Agricultural Bank of China before the specified time every month (quarter) to pay the repayment amount, and settle all the principal and interest on the due date. Pay the housing accumulation fund after the loan is repaid.
