On the front of the check, it says ICBC will withdraw cash.

As shown in the above figure, the holder can only withdraw cash from the payment bank recorded on the cheque, that is, "Tongan ICBC".

Payment and settlement method:

Article 127 ..... Cheques used to withdraw cash are limited to the payee presenting the payment to the drawee.

..... When the payee presents a cheque for cash withdrawal to the drawee, he shall sign the "payee's signature" on the back of the cheque. If the holder is an individual, he shall also submit his identity certificate, and indicate the name, number and issuing authority of the certificate on the back of the check.
