First go to the housing provident fund loan center and issue a "no housing provident fund loan certificate";

Then hold the "No Housing Provident Fund Loan Certificate" and the blank housing provident fund deposit certificate to the account management department;

The management department shall complete the standard certificate according to the information on the Loan Certificate of Housing Provident Fund without Housing and its deposit, and affix the business seal of the management department.

Matters needing attention: If you apply for a loan for buying a house in other provinces and cities, and the local standard housing provident fund deposit certificate is not issued, and the depositor fails to provide the standard housing provident fund deposit certificate, the management department will print "basic information" in the "personal information" or print the deposit details at the request of the depositor and affix the business seal of the management department as its deposit certificate.

Remarks: The deposit certificate of off-site loans mainly appears in the off-site loans of provident fund. The policies of relevant departments in different places may be slightly different. Please consult the local housing provident fund management center for details.
