After the period of validity of the phased increase of the loan amount expires, the maximum loan amount will be adjusted accordingly according to the maximum loan amount implemented.
In terms of raising the rent withdrawal amount of housing provident fund, the notice mentioned that according to the rent level and reasonable rental area of Nanping City, the rent withdrawal amount of non-public rental housing such as commercial housing rented by employees without real estate in Nanping City will be raised from 6,000 yuan per depositor to 7,200 yuan per year, that is, it will be withdrawn once a year from 500 yuan to 600 yuan every month, and the withdrawal time will take 12 months.
