The number of residential units in commercial individual housing loans is determined according to the number of complete housing units actually owned by the family members (including borrowers, spouses and minor children) to be purchased. The borrower may apply to the real estate department of the city where he is located, and inquire about the borrower's family housing registration records in the housing registration information system (including the pre-sale contract registration and filing system).
