Then, after handling the provident fund loan repayment business, after offsetting the loan principal once a year, the customer still needs to repay the mortgage with his own funds every month, and then deduct the balance of the provident fund account to offset the loan principal once a year. When handling provident fund loan repayment business, you can also choose monthly repayment, that is, monthly repayment, and the bank will deduct the corresponding amount from the provident fund account every month to repay the loan principal and interest of the month. When the deducted provident fund amount is insufficient, the customer needs to make up the difference in repayment amount in time.

Regulations on the administration of housing provident fund
Article 12 The housing provident fund management center shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the People's Bank of China, entrust a bank designated by the Housing Commission (hereinafter referred to as the entrusted bank) to handle financial services such as housing provident fund loans and settlement, and the establishment, deposit and return of housing provident fund accounts. The housing provident fund management center shall sign an entrustment contract with the entrusted bank.
Thirteenth housing provident fund management center shall set up a housing provident fund account in the entrusted bank. The unit shall go to the housing provident fund management center for the registration of housing provident fund deposit, and after being audited by the housing provident fund management center, set up a housing provident fund account for its employees at the entrusted bank. Each employee can only have one housing provident fund account. The housing provident fund management center shall establish a detailed account of employee housing provident fund to record the deposit and withdrawal of employee individual housing provident fund.
