If you buy a house with a provident fund loan, you cannot buy a house with a commercial loan.

2. The interest rate for provident fund loans for 1-5 years is 4.59%, and the interest rate for 6-30 years is 5.04%. The maximum provident fund loan will be adjusted from 400,000 to 600,000 on July 1 this year. The maximum loan term is 30 years.
