If the mortgaged property has been delivered or registered, the people's court will not support the mortgagee's request to confirm that the transfer does not have the effect of real right, unless the mortgagee has evidence to prove that the transferee knows it; If the mortgagee requests the mortgagor to bear the liability for breach of contract, the people's court shall support it according to law.
