Therefore, the owners who really need to sell this kind of affordable housing can only sell it at a price not higher than the unit price at the time of purchase, and can only sell it to families who meet the purchase conditions of affordable housing or by relevant government departments. If the purchased affordable housing is sold at the original purchase price, the seller shall provide the original housing sales contract, housing transfer contract and other documents. If the sold family meets the requirements, they can buy affordable housing again.
