4. Overcome the difficulties of few personnel, actively cooperate with towns to win projects and funds from provincial and state construction departments in combination with the actual financial difficulties of our county, and increase technical guidance for township construction.

At the same time, further improve the "Working Rules of County Construction Bureau", strictly implement various systems of agency work and determine various reward and punishment measures around the "Eight Prohibitions for Civil Servants" and related disciplinary provisions.

Strengthened the supervision of the work style construction of each unit.
