(2) The person in charge of the provident fund center shall, after submitting his own loan application, approve the loan and inform the bank of the approval result. According to the examination and approval results of the provident fund management center, the bank informs the applicant to handle the loan procedures. If the approval is completed, the bank will sign a formal loan contract or loan agreement with the applicant.

The bank will send the loan contract and other procedures to the local provident fund center for review. After the approval, the provident fund will allocate the entrusted loan funds, and then the entrusted bank will issue the loans in full and on time according to the contract.

(4) For mortgage loan, the borrower needs to go to the housing management department to register the property mortgage.
