For families where both husband and wife of the borrower have paid housing provident fund in Hainan Province, the maximum loan amount is 400,000 yuan; If the borrower only deposits unilaterally in Hainan Province, the maximum loan amount is 200,000 yuan.
(four) overhaul occupied housing. For families where both husband and wife of the borrower have paid housing provident fund in Hainan Province, the maximum loan amount is 200,000 yuan; If the borrower only deposits unilaterally in Hainan Province, the maximum loan amount is 654.38+10,000 yuan.
(five) employees who have paid housing provident fund outside the province purchase housing in this province. If the borrower's husband and wife or the borrower only unilaterally deposits the housing provident fund outside the province, they will purchase newly-built or second-hand self-occupied housing in Hainan Province and apply for the use of housing provident fund loans (hereinafter referred to as off-site loans).
