From June 5438 to October 2002, he was transferred to North University for Nationalities. He used to be the dean of the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, a member of the Expert Committee of Ningxia Manufacturing Information Engineering Construction, a member of Yinchuan Xixia District Association for Science and Technology, and the Secretary-General of the Machinery Manufacturing Group of Ningxia Expert Service Group. He used to be the manager of technical quality department of Zhuhai Randy Technology Company, the general manager of Ningxia condit Automation Technology Company, the deputy general manager of Ningxia condit Technology (Industry) Group Company and the deputy director of Ningxia Computer Technology Research Institute. 1996 was selected as "3 13 Talent Project" in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and 1998 won the 6th Ningxia Youth Science and Technology Award. Long-term commitment to the research and development of intelligent instruments, the project involves medical monitors and economical numerical control systems, and also has some research on enterprise informatization.
