Voluntary depositors who apply for housing provident fund loans do not need to provide any proof of income, but the monthly repayment amount converted according to the loan amount and loan period shall not exceed the monthly payment amount of the family. If you apply for a housing provident fund loan after the repayment of the housing provident fund loan in the center, you must also apply for the automatic withdrawal of the monthly repayment of the housing provident fund loan. When both husband and wife apply for housing provident fund loans, if one of them is a voluntary depositor, it shall be handled according to the loan policy of the voluntary depositor.
