Legal analysis: If divorced couples have an agreement in advance, it is ok to deal with it according to the agreed agreement in advance. If there is no agreement, if both parties buy a house with the same loan after marriage, it will be regarded as the common property of the husband and wife, and both parties will negotiate how to deal with it. If negotiation fails, the treatment method is as follows: 1. Both husband and wife advocate housing ownership for bidding; 2.
