In the reform of postgraduate tuition fees carried out by the state, the idea of charging tuition fees to graduate students is that students pay fees to the school first, and then the school rewards and subsidizes them according to their different performances. Most schools have academic scholarships covering 80%, which enables paying students to offset tuition fees. The Academy of Military Medical Sciences can charge postgraduate tuition fees from local colleges and universities planned by the Ministry of Education, which is in line with the regulations, but why are the rewards and subsidies provided by the latter half of the schools not implemented at all? All schools will grant scholarships for the first year according to the entrance scores of graduate students, and the Academy of Military Sciences has not issued any notice so far. If there is no reward in the name of the military academy, then why do you charge our tuition?
Second, the issue of graduate student grants.
