I. Handling process
1. The borrower brings his/her ID card to apply at the counters of various outlets of the management center; Entrusting others to act as agents shall be handled in accordance with the requirements of the agency.
2. If it passes the preliminary examination, the date and amount of prepayment deduction shall be agreed on the spot, and the Application for prepayment of individual housing provident fund loan shall be printed in duplicate and submitted to the applicant for signature and confirmation.
Second, the agency requirements
Housing provident fund business should be handled by the employees themselves. When an employee is unable to handle the prepayment business for some reason, he may entrust others to handle it according to the following requirements:
(1) If the legal lineal relatives (i.e. spouses, parents and adult children) are entrusted as agents, the original legal and valid proof of kinship shall be provided. For example: marriage certificate, household registration book, kinship certificate issued by public security or civil affairs organs and other valid documents.
(two) to entrust others to do it for them, a power of attorney notarized by a legal institution shall be provided (the specific authorization matters shall be indicated).
The original identity cards of the applicant and the agent shall be provided when acting as an agent.
Those who do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted by the Center.
Third, matters needing attention
The Borrower shall ensure that the balance of the repayment passbook (card) one day before the agreed deduction date is not less than the sum of the principal and interest payable in the current period and the principal and interest repaid in advance as agreed in the Application for Early Repayment of Personal Housing Provident Fund Loan, and the consequences such as failure of early repayment or loans overdue caused by violation of this Agreement shall be borne by the Borrower.
If the borrower fails to pay the loan principal and interest repayment amount agreed in the application for prepayment of individual housing provident fund loan in full one day before the agreed deduction date, the application for prepayment will automatically expire and terminate. If prepayment is required, the borrower should reapply.
If the loan is fully settled in advance and the deduction is successful for 3 working days, you can print the loan settlement certificate at the guarantee counter on the second floor of the management center, and directly apply to the mortgagee for cancellation of the mortgage with this certificate. The commercial loan part of the portfolio loan can also apply to the loan undertaking bank for prepayment.
Fourth, processing time.
Early repayment (excluding full settlement in advance) can be applied once a year. Do not apply for cross-year prepayment, and the deadline for prepayment is 65438+February 20th every year.
