1. Loan limit

(1) Purchase your first home. The personal loan limit is adjusted from 300,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan, and the family loan limit is adjusted from 600,000 yuan to 1 million yuan; for those who pay the supplementary provident fund, the personal loan limit is increased by 100,000 yuan on the basis of 500,000 yuan and remains unchanged. The loan limit is increased by RMB 200,000 based on RMB 1 million and remains unchanged.

(2) Purchase an improved second ordinary commercial house. Refer to the policy for purchasing your first home.

(3) Purchase an improved second non-ordinary commercial house. The personal loan limit is adjusted from 200,000 yuan to 400,000 yuan, and the family loan limit is adjusted from 400,000 yuan to 800,000 yuan; for those who pay the supplementary provident fund, the personal loan limit is increased by 100,000 yuan on the basis of 400,000 yuan and remains unchanged. The loan limit is increased by RMB 200,000 from RMB 800,000 and remains unchanged.

2. Second-hand house mortgage loan period

(1) For provident fund mortgage loans for second-hand houses less than 5 years old (inclusive), the long loan period is still not more than 30 years .

(2) For provident fund mortgage loans for second-hand houses that are 6 to 19 years old, the long loan period is adjusted from no more than 15 years to the difference between 35 years and the age of the house.

(3) For provident fund mortgage loans for second-hand houses that are more than 20 years old (inclusive), the long loan period shall not exceed 15 years.
