Article 119 A lawfully formed contract is legally binding on the parties.
Article 215 A contract concluded between the parties on the establishment, alteration, transfer and extinction of the real right of immovable property shall become effective upon the establishment of the contract, unless it is otherwise provided by law or agreed by the parties. Failure to register property rights does not affect the validity of the contract.
Article 285 A realty service enterprise or other manager shall, upon the entrustment of the owner, manage the buildings and their ancillary facilities within the building division in accordance with the provisions of the realty service contract in Part III of this Law, accept the supervision of the owner, and promptly answer the owner's inquiries about realty service. Property service enterprises or other managers shall implement emergency measures and other management measures implemented by the government according to law, and actively cooperate with relevant work.
