Citizen card is an IC card issued by the government to citizens and foreigners working locally to handle personal social affairs. Such cards include social security cards, electronic wallet cards and bank cards. If the card is a bank card, then the citizen card can be used as the application material for loan. It is basically impossible to apply for a loan just by virtue of a citizen card.

Please don't believe the advertisement that you can get a loan with your ID card or bank card. Once users believe it, they are at risk of revealing personal information.
