Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Human Assisted Reproductive Technology

Twenty-first non-medical institutions in violation of the provisions of these measures, without approval to carry out human assisted reproductive technology, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 44 of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions; Medical institutions that commit the above-mentioned illegal acts shall be punished in accordance with Article 47 of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions and Article 80 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions.

Twenty-second medical institutions to carry out human assisted reproductive technology in violation of these measures, one of the following acts, by the health administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government to give a warning, a fine of 30 thousand yuan, and give administrative sanctions to the responsible person; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law:

(six) the technical quality of the designated technical evaluation institution is unqualified;

(seven) other acts in violation of the provisions of these measures.
