Second, small and micro enterprises do not have exclusive green credit products, mainly concentrated in large state-owned enterprises and central enterprises, and launched through project loans. There are no special industry credit policies and products for private small and micro enterprises engaged in green finance. In the process of handling credit business, their access standards are consistent with those of ordinary corporate customers, especially technology-based enterprises, which have strong financing needs and despise their own assets, making it difficult to obtain bank financing.
Third, the professional knowledge and ability of business personnel are insufficient. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council pay close attention to green finance. In March, 20021year, the peak value of carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality were first written into the government report. The central bank also identified green finance as the key work this year and during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, and made comprehensive arrangements for the main objectives, development priorities, sound service system, perfect guarantee mechanism and strengthened risk management of green finance business. However, front-line account managers don't know much about green credit, and they have a little knowledge about what green credit is, so their understanding of the definition and scope of green credit needs to be deepened. They lack green credit professionals, and need to continue to strengthen the construction of marketing control system from the aspects of organization, personnel, information reserve and knowledge reserve.
