3. Submit the completed application form and related materials to the Finance Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region or the municipal finance bureaus at all levels for preliminary examination.
4. After passing the preliminary examination, it is necessary to provide corresponding guarantee measures and sign a loan contract as required.
You need to repay the loan on time according to the requirements stipulated in the contract in order to maintain a good credit record.
