The latest provisions on loan extension are as follows:
1. If the loan term does not exceed one year (including one year), the extension period shall not exceed the original loan term;
2. Medium-term loans with a loan term of more than one year and less than five years shall be extended for no more than three years, and half of the original loan term shall not be traded;
3. For long-term loans with a loan term of more than five years, the extension of personal loans shall not exceed the original loan term. There is also a catch-all clause. For loans with a term of more than one year, the loan term and extension period shall not exceed the longest term of the variety.
