Withdrawal quota of Shenzhen provident fund
The withdrawal amount of Shenzhen provident fund is as follows:

2. Purchase and withdrawal:

(3) If you buy a house with ownership and use a housing loan, the monthly withdrawal amount of the family shall not exceed 50% of the amount payable in the month of purchase, and the actual electricity withdrawal amount shall not exceed 12 months each year.

(4) If you buy a house that is not in your own name and use a housing loan, the monthly withdrawal amount of the family shall not exceed 50% of the amount payable in the month of purchase, and the actual payment of electricity fee shall not exceed 12 months every year.

(1) Fixed withdrawal of leased commercial housing: the monthly withdrawal amount shall not exceed the monthly rent.

(2) Withdrawal of the amount of leased commercial housing: the annual withdrawal amount shall not exceed the annual rent.

Conditions for withdrawal of provident fund:

1. Provident fund account balance requirements: the balance of the provident fund account must be greater than or equal to the minimum withdrawal amount specified by the local provident fund management center;

In any of the following circumstances, the employee may withdraw the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account:

If an employee dies or is declared dead, the employee's heirs and legatees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee's housing provident fund account; If there is no heir or legatee, the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account shall be included in the value-added income of the housing provident fund.
