Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, in combination with the actual situation of the school, in order to ensure the smooth enrollment of the school and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and the majority of candidates.

Article 4 The Yellow River Water Conservancy Vocational and Technical College is located in Kaifeng, a famous historical and cultural city and an excellent tourist city in China. Chapter V Access Principles
Article 9 The enrollment of schools follows the principles of "fair competition, fair choice and merit-based admission" in accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Colleges and Universities in 2020 (J [2019] No.4), as follows:
1. Candidates who enter the bidding file are admitted according to the "parallel volunteer" rule, that is, "score first, follow the will", and the candidates are selected from high score to low score according to the bidding results. Candidates from Zhejiang, Shandong and Hainan provinces will be admitted in the order of Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, the highest score in the selected subjects and the second highest score in the selected subjects. Candidates from other provinces (cities, autonomous regions) are admitted in the order of language, mathematics, foreign languages and comprehensive scores.
2. Candidates who fill in their professional volunteers and do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

4. If the province (city or autonomous region) where the students are located has other admission requirements, it shall be handled according to the admission principle of the province (city or autonomous region).
5. The enrollment of each major is not limited to candidates' foreign languages. The foreign language teaching language of the Sino-Russian cooperative education major is Russian, and the foreign language teaching language of other majors is English.
Article 10 The basic principles for admission of art majors are: candidates' professional achievements and cultural achievements reach the control score line of the province (city or autonomous region) where the students come from, and they are selected from high scores to low scores according to the proportion of professional achievements accounting for 70% and cultural achievements accounting for 30%. Candidates with the same scores in filing are admitted from high to low according to their major, Chinese, mathematics and foreign language scores.

Sixteenth freshmen registration and qualification examination
1. When new students report for duty, they must bring the admission notice and the second-generation resident ID card.
2. After the freshmen enter the school, they will be qualified according to the unified deployment of the Henan Provincial Department of Education. Article 18 The Articles of Association shall be based on national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of higher authorities. If the previous requirements and regulations of the school on enrollment are in conflict with the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail; If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant policies of the state and superiors, the relevant policies of the state and superiors shall prevail.
