The association proposed that relevant parties should strictly implement the control policies such as purchase restriction in Hainan Province. Carry out online publicity activities according to the law and regulations. Member units should strictly implement the main responsibility of online publicity activities, strengthen self-discipline, restrain and standardize online advertisements entrusted by intermediaries and online platforms. Real estate sales websites and online publicity should indicate the nature, service life, planned use, housing type and other information of the project land completely and accurately in a prominent position.

Strengthen the positive public opinion guidance of real estate. Standardize business promotion behavior, publish real and accurate commercial housing information, truthfully publish the planning scheme and design content to be publicized, and do not drive up housing prices, maliciously speculate, or publish false content advertisements or bad information to mislead consumers.

Consciously standardize industry operation standards. Need to show the commercial housing price filing documents, sales control forms, five certificates, Hainan related purchase restriction documents, etc. In a prominent position in the sales place, hoarding or hoarding in disguise is not allowed.
