Borrowers applying for loans from individual industrial and commercial households should meet the following conditions: they are legally registered in the local industrial and commercial departments, have full capacity for civil conduct, engage in production and business activities in line with the national industrial policies, have a fixed production and business place and residence, open a deposit account in rural commercial banks, voluntarily accept credit supervision and settlement supervision, have no bad credit record, have normal production and operation, have good benefits, and have guaranteed repayment. Other family members have not applied for loan certificates and loans in rural commercial banks, which meets other conditions stipulated by rural commercial banks.
For individual industrial and commercial households, the following basic information should be provided: loan application, original and photocopy of borrower's ID card, marriage certificate and business license, photocopy of tax registration certificate, composition of borrower's main family members, original and photocopy of guarantor with guarantee, proof of ownership of mortgage and pledge, value evaluation materials and other materials. Individual industrial and commercial households that are not applying for the first time, as well as rural commercial banks that have the above information and are still valid as of the date of application, may not provide it repeatedly.
