Beijing's housing policy stipulates that
1. Beijing registered families (limited to two sets): single families can buy 1 set in Beijing, and married families can buy 2 sets in Beijing (single family age 18).
The first set can buy Tongzhou, and the second set needs to meet one of the following two conditions:
(1) Beijing household registration, settled in Tongzhou for three years;
(2) Paying social security or paying taxes in Tongzhou in recent 36 months;
Tongzhou registered households are limited to purchase one set 1 set, and married households can purchase two sets.
2. Non-Beijing family (limited to one set): that is, foreign household registration, no housing in Beijing, continuous payment of social security or individual tax in Beijing for 60 months, and purchase of commercial housing in all districts and counties of Beijing except Tongzhou.
If you want to buy Tongzhou, you need to meet the following conditions: Beijing has paid social security or paid taxes for 60 months continuously, and has paid taxes or paid social security in Tongzhou District for nearly 36 months, so you can buy a house in Tongzhou District.
3. Families with Beijing work residence permit (limited to two sets): Congratulations to friends with Beijing work residence permit. The policy of purchasing houses is consistent with that of registered families in Beijing. You can buy two sets at most.
Holding a work permit in Beijing, Tongzhou can buy at most one set for singles and two sets for married people. The two sets need to meet the following conditions: paying social security or paying taxes in Tongzhou in the past 36 months.
4. Family members of military officers/police officers stationed in Beijing (limited to two sets): the first set of housing, and singles can buy a house in Beijing.
(1) Single (including unmarried, divorced, widowed families), Beijing can buy a house in Tongzhou District without a house;
(2) If you are married and have no house under your name, you can buy the first house in Tongzhou District.
In Beijing, families can buy two houses: one in the name of a married officer/police officer's family, and two in Tongzhou District, which require troops stationed in Beijing to be in Tongzhou.
5. Families of overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (limited to one set): Families who have no house in Beijing and work, study or stay in China can buy a house (including Tongzhou).
6. Non-local families (limited to one set): communities that have no housing in Beijing and can buy houses (including Tongzhou) while working in China, but have requirements and export licenses! That is, communities far away from military administrative zones and government units.
7. Non-wholly-owned company: unlimited purchase. Except for sole proprietorship, overseas joint ventures, foreign legal persons and individual industrial and commercial households, other companies can buy houses, regardless of the time, place and registered capital. The company can only buy a house in full, and then make a commercial loan after the house comes down.
