The development of Hongzui has generally gone through three stages:

From 1976 to 1984, it was the start-up stage. In 1976, Lu Zhimin became the captain of the second team of Hongzui. At that time, the whole team had 8 mu of land and 75 people, mainly grain and vegetables, and the per capita income was only 38 yuan. It was a well-known "three-support" production team that "eats grain by selling back, spends money by loans and lives by relief". After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, we worked hard and started from scratch, built a small foundry and took the first step to run an industry in the countryside. Then, we built brick factories and rolling mills one after another, forming a pattern of multi-industry development of agriculture, industry and vice. In 1984, the joint company of Hongzui Agriculture, Industry and Commerce was established, which marked that Hongzui entered the stage of rural industrialization.

from 1985 to 1994, it was the stage of industrialization. Since Hongzui founded the brewery in 1985, it has been almost an industrial project every year, such as beer, beverage, steelmaking, steel rolling, packaging and printing, and it has been one after another. There are 6.4 million production teams in China. In 1991, Hongzui became the first production team in China with an output value exceeding 1 million yuan, and was recognized by the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Agriculture as "the first villager group in China", hence the name "the first village in China". In 1992, after Comrade Xiaoping's southern tour was published, Hongzui established the "four big" development strategies, that is, forming large groups, cultivating large companies, focusing on large projects and entering the big market. The "3331" project was implemented, that is, the annual output of 3, tons of beer, 3, tons of steel making, 3, tons of steel rolling and 1, tons of beverages. From small to large, from weak to strong, enterprises have formed initial industry advantages and scale advantages, and realized the strategic shift from large-scale industry to large-scale industry. On May 15th, 1994, Hongzui Agriculture, Industry and Commerce Joint Company completed its mission, and Hongzui Group Corporation came into being, becoming the first batch of large-scale township enterprise groups in China. This decade is the decade when we finished primitive accumulation of capital, the decade when rural industrialization was initially completed, and the decade when the farmers of the Second Team of Hongzui realized a well-off life.

from 1995 to the present, it is a step towards modernization. In the past ten years, with the goal of realizing modernization ahead of schedule, we have implemented a low-cost expansion strategy around making our main business stronger and bigger. We have not only built factories across regions and developed them across provinces, but also established Sino-foreign joint ventures, and successively acquired Siping State-owned tannery, Lishu Tianlong Alcohol Factory, Siping Brewery, Siping Plant Oil Factory, yushu city Alcohol Factory, Lishu Feiyue Starch Factory, Siping No.1 and No.2 Flour Factory, Siping Bus Factory, modified truck factory and light-duty factory. Leased Tianjin Daheng Cold Drink Factory, Jiaxing Commercial Cold Drink Factory and Harbin Special Steel Factory; New cold drink factories will be built in Miyun Development Zone in Beijing and Jiangning Development Zone in Nanjing. Since 1987, the Party Committee of our group corporation has been named as the national advanced grass-roots party organization by the Central Organization Department for four consecutive years, and the group company has been named as the national advanced unit of spiritual civilization for two consecutive years. Comrade Lu Zhimin was successively elected as the deputy to the Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh National People's Congress and the vice chairman of Siping CPPCC.

With the implementation of the national strategy to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China, Hongzui Group will usher in a new period of sustained, rapid and healthy development.

" The fact that our red mouth has developed from a production team to the present fully proves Comrade Hui Liangyu's assertion. Due to the development of township enterprises, we have achieved real rural industrialization; Due to the development of township enterprises, we have realized real rural urbanization; Due to the development of township enterprises, more than 5 rural surplus laborers have become workers in our enterprises. On July 2, 27, Vice Premier Hui Liangyu of the State Council visited Hongzui Group to inspect the new rural construction.
