Shandong province provides subsidies for college graduates to find jobs and start businesses, aiming at encouraging graduates who are willing to find jobs actively. The following are the payment targets and standards of subsidies:

1. Distribution target: graduates from ordinary institutions of higher learning, secondary vocational schools and technical colleges who are willing to work in the graduation year and meet one of the following conditions.

2. Distribution criteria:

Urban and rural residents minimum living security families, low-income marginal families graduates, the standard is 1000 yuan/person;

The standard for poor graduates is 1000 yuan/person;

Orphan graduates, the standard is 1000 yuan/person;

The graduate standard for children of key difficult personnel (including those without children) is 1000 yuan/person;

Family graduates who enjoy the poverty alleviation policy (including poverty alleviation monitoring objects), the standard is 1000 yuan/person;

Disabled graduates, the standard is 1000 yuan/person;

Graduates who have obtained national student loans during their school years are 600 yuan/person.

It should be noted that graduates can only apply for job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies in one capacity. In addition, in order to ensure the accurate distribution of subsidy funds, eligible graduates of 2024 need to submit applications for job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies and related supporting materials to their institutions. After the first trial of the school is correct, it will be submitted to the municipal human resources and social security department for review.

Municipal departments will publicize the list of applicants for job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies, and then the provincial department of human resources and social security will uniformly distribute the subsidy funds to the bank accounts of graduates' social security cards.
