Have you ever used provident fund loans before?
After the cancellation of the provident fund account, it will affect the employees' original provident fund loans.

The impact of suspending the payment of provident fund on loans is mainly manifested in the following two aspects:

(1) If you want to apply for a provident fund loan, according to the regulations on provident fund management, the borrower must pay the housing provident fund continuously on a monthly basis before applying for a loan. Units that are in arrears for more than three months (including three months) will suspend accepting applications for individual housing loans from the housing provident fund. Therefore, if you stop paying the provident fund, you will not be able to apply for a provident fund loan.

(2) For the borrower who has applied for provident fund loans, if the borrower of housing provident fund loans fails to pay the housing provident fund in full and on time for three consecutive months or six cumulative months, the provident fund management center has the right to terminate the loan contract and require the borrower to pay off the housing provident fund loans in advance.
