This loan agreement is only used for your company to explain the implementation of the project loan to the relevant departments. If the national policy changes, the project construction plan and investment plan undergo major adjustments, and the project owner undergoes major business changes, etc., which cause the project to fail to meet our loan capacity and requirements, the above shall be determined by our commitment.

This loan commitment letter is only issued on the original effective date and is valid for 5 years.
