The term "prepayment" as mentioned in this note is limited to borrowers who have handled housing provident fund loans in China Construction Bank, China Agricultural Bank, China Bank, Bank of Communications, Shang Hui Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, China CITIC Bank, China Everbright Bank and Industrial Bank, and directly apply to Hefei Housing Provident Fund Management Center for prepayment of housing provident fund loans (excluding commercial loans in portfolio loans). The contents mentioned in this notice do not include the prepayment business of ICBC, which has not carried out independent loan accounting business, but the borrower directly applies for prepayment from ICBC for the time being. 2. Prepayment can be divided into partial prepayment and full prepayment, and can only be applied after one month of normal repayment. Three, the borrower can repay the loan in advance on the premise of paying off the arrears. In case of partial prepayment, the prepayment amount shall not be less than 10000 yuan (excluding the current loan principal and interest payable). 4. The agreed prepayment date is a normal working day (except holidays), and the prepayment application will not be accepted before the current normal deduction date and within 3 working days before and after the current normal deduction date. V. Processing flow 1. The borrower brings the original ID card to the business counter of the business hall of the management center to apply; If an agent is entrusted to another person, in addition to the original borrower's ID card, an original and a copy of the client's ID card are also required. 2. If it passes the preliminary examination, the date and amount of prepayment deduction shall be agreed on the spot, and the Application for prepayment of individual housing provident fund loan shall be printed in duplicate and submitted to the applicant for signature and confirmation. 6. The borrower shall ensure that the balance of the repayment passbook (card) one day before the agreed deduction date is not less than the sum of the principal and interest payable in the current period and the principal and interest repaid in advance as agreed in the Application for Early Repayment of Personal Housing Provident Fund Loan. The Borrower shall bear the consequences such as failure of prepayment or loans overdue caused by violation of this Agreement. 7. If the borrower fails to fully pay the loan principal and interest repayment amount agreed in the Application for Early Repayment of Personal Housing Provident Fund Loan one day before the agreed deduction date, the application for early repayment will automatically become invalid. If the borrower needs to repay in advance, it shall re-apply. 8. If the loan is fully settled in advance, after the agreed deduction is successful, the loan settlement certificate can be printed at the guarantee counter on the second floor of the management center, and the mortgagee can directly apply for cancellation of the mortgage right with this certificate. The commercial loan part of the portfolio loan can also apply to the loan undertaking bank for early repayment.
