Yan Yuejin, director of the think tank center of Yiju Research Institute, said that the cancellation of existing policies in Harbin is a new form of policy relaxation, which indicates that the content of local real estate policies has decreased.
The reporter noted that the policy of "provident fund loan conditions" in the above notice was relaxed in the new real estate rescue policy issued by Harbin at the end of last year.

The cancellation of the "restricted sales" policy means that the Harbin property market without the purchase restriction policy faces more benefits. However, many people in the industry said that the positive effect of the property market needs further observation.
