ICBC does not deduct money for the first repayment.
Reason for withholding: 1. Now is not the time to deduct money from the loan bank. ICBC only requires the borrower to deposit or transfer the funds in full into the repayment account on the repayment date 17: 00 as agreed in the loan contract, and does not specify the specific deduction time, which means that the deduction may occur at any time after 17: 00, so the borrower needs to wait patiently.

2. The balance is insufficient. Deduction failed due to insufficient funds in the repayment card. Borrowers can open and log in to mobile banking to check the specific repayment amount, and then make up the deposit. The system will automatically deduct money at 7: 00 every day from the next day until the arrears are fully recovered.

3. Network delay. Under normal circumstances, ICBC will initiate deductions one after another around 20: 00. If the business volume is large, the deduction will be delayed, and the system will resume normal deduction in a short time, so the borrower need not worry.

4. The repayment card status is abnormal. When the repayment card is in an abnormal state such as loss reporting, ICBC will not be able to deduct money.

If it is not the above reasons, the borrower should contact ICBC's manual customer service in time to consult the specific reasons and solve the problem together.

When using the loan service provided by ICBC, the borrower needs to repay the loan on time to avoid overdue. Overdue fees will be generated, which will affect personal credit information and borrowers' use of loans and credit card services provided by banks.
