1. You are 64-bit Win 7. Do you have a 32-bit or 64-bit solid edge ST5? If you install 32-bit (64-bit system can install 32-bit software), it should cover AddInlm.dll; JUtil.dll； SElicense.dat, but if you install 64-bit Solid Edge ST5, you should take a closer look at your 64-bit license, not only these three files, but also a program folder in English readme.txt, and this folder should cover the program folder after your installation directory!

2. You made a serious mistake in the installation, which can only lead you to uninstall Solid Edge and reinstall it!

Because you installed Solid Edge in the China path, what is the China path? Win7 dedicated \ learning application software, in which "dedicated" and "learning application software" are Chinese paths, you must ensure that the directory you installed is pure English or digital path, otherwise it will not be used successfully!
